I have been going to Sarah and her team for years now and have never had a complaint. Sarah has always done exactly what I wanted and the rest of the team are absolutely golden with my daughter too. Sarah and her team are amazing! I was unsure what I wanted when booking my hair and Sarah really took the time to sit down with me and work out what I wanted vs my maintenance goals and lifestyle! You feel welcomed by all the staff when you go in there! My hair is in such better condition since going here wouldn’t go to another salon again! I remember walking into the salon with Jet Black hair and wanting to go light light blonde! Sarah looked at my hair and said… ‘’we will do our best without damaging your hair’’ Sarah and the team (Emily, Skye and Rachel) fully delivered on the promise. I’ve never ever loved my hair and the change so much and I’m super super proud that I got to experience Andidote Hair and all of the Transformation that happened on my hair with care. The salon is amazing, welcoming and all of the ladies that work here are amazing. Really educated and take time to really understand what you want, whilst not rushing any process. I love the fact that you get a lovely, warm welcome. You’re treated with respect and the stylist listens. The cuts are great, the treatments up to date and the styles are modern. The staff are friendly and polite, professional and knowledgeable. My hair looks great so I feel great.
